“Sakaman for Christ” Mega Crusade Yields 23 Souls

The Sakaman District in the Dansoman Area of The Church of Pentecost recently concluded a three-day evangelistic outreach, titled “Sakaman for Christ Crusade,” held from October 18 to October 20, 2023. Organized under the leadership of Pastor Isaac Ennin Quaicoe, the Sakaman District Minister, the event took place at the Blue Lagoon Park in Sakaman, a suburb of Accra, and focused on the theme “Jesus Christ the Savior, Healer, and Sanctifier – Acts 10:38.”

Pastor Ennin opened the crusade with the gospel message, emphasizing Jesus’ ability to save, heal, and sanctify as depicted in Acts 10:38. Elder Albert Narh, a coopted member of the National Executive Committee of the Evangelism Ministry, took the stage on the second day, proclaiming Jesus as humanity’s greatest gift and expounding on His mission based on Luke 4:18-19.

Elder Narh elaborated on Jesus’ role as the Healer, explaining the process of confessing and accepting Christ for justification, leading to sanctification. Stressing the importance of salvation through Jesus, he concluded with a personal testimony of God’s mighty deliverance and urged all present to receive the offer of salvation and be born again.

On the third day, Pastor Hayford Nsiah Yatimboh shared a testimony of how he was miraculously healed and emphasized Jesus as the only savior who can deliver humanity from the bondage of sin. To the glory of God, the crusade recorded 23 souls, with 13 individuals undergoing water baptism. One of the new converts received Holy Spirit baptism. To establish them in the faith, the Church has initiated plans to assist the remaining souls in receiving water and Holy Spirit baptism.

An altar call by Elder Nathan Ahwireng of PIWC-Dansoman saw 13 people surrendering their lives to Christ. The event was attended by Mrs. Abigail Quaicoe (Wife of the District Minister), District Executive Committee members, and ministry leaders, among others.
