The Director of Pentecost Men’s Ministry (PEMEM) and Executive Council Member of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Vincent Anane Denteh, has disclosed that the new birth that believers have received in Christ has given them a double glory.

Apostle Anane Denteh said this at the National Executive Committee Members of the Chieftaincy Ministry end-of-year meeting held at the Pentecost Convention Centre (PCC) on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, on the topic: “The New Creation and the Possessing the Nations Agenda (Ephesians 6:13-17; 2 Corinthians 5:17).

He noted that the new creation implies that every Christian has a double glory, because they been created and then recreated having accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal saviour and thereby given a new identity.

“This double glory has come to stay as the old things have gone,” he said, stressing that “whatever the Lord does with your life has come to stay; the glory has been established, the grace of God in your life has been established, the miraculous power of God in your life has been established, the transformation that God has brought into your family has also come to stay.”

He added: “We are possessing the nations through this double glory that God has given us through Christ. We must therefore operate in this double glory and safeguard it.”

Apostle Anane Denteh commended the national executive committee members for their good work and passion to turn around the fortunes of the new ministry.

“You are working very hard to run the ministry which was handed over to us after its inauguration in September 2021. We have a very strong team of chiefs and queens whose hearts are after God. It is by grace that we have been considered and given a part of God’s work to do. I know the Holy Spirit will help us to do even better in the coming years,” he stressed.

According to Apostle Anane Denteh, their names will go down the annals of the church for being the pioneer leaders of the ministry, and further entreated them to continue to work for the Lord.

Touching on the vision of the church and the 2022 theme, the PEMEM Director urged them to understand the theme and vision of the church so that they will be able to explain it to their members. “This is because once it is a ministry, every member of the ministry must understand the direction that the church is going,” he added.

He stated that by putting on the full armour of God will help them to stand their ground when the days of evil come. He revealed that in the mind of God, there will be evil days in one’s life such as bad omen, sickness, false accusations, financial struggles, work and relationship related issues, among others. That is why we should not relax and but put on our full regalia as chiefs to be able to face the devil.

According to him, the ‘ground’ referred to by Apostle Paul represents Jesus Christ who is the solid rock since all other grounds are sinking sand, saying, “Standing on the solid rock in times of evil will safeguard your faith and make you even stronger in the midst of trials.”
