The Youth Director of The Church of Pentecost, Pastor Ebenezer Hagan, fellowshipped with members of  the Pentecost Students and Associates (PENSA) branch in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) on Sunday, October 13, 2019.

In a presentation on the four-year vision of the Youth Ministry, themed: “Grounding Young People In Christ And Unleashing Them To Possess The Nations,” Pastor Hagan asserted that it is about time young people got addicted to their fellowship with the Holy Spirit in order to build deep roots in Him. He also noted that the Holy Spirit is there to be known, and Jesus is there to be loved.

“People enter into their various fields knowing little or nothing, but after some time, they can be trusted as certified professionals. In the same way, our spiritual lives must be planned so as to grow and mature in it,” he added.

Concluding his presentation, he charged the students to make their impact felt, not only on campus but in their various local churches as well. He also admonished the students to make an effort to grow at the personal level as well as at the group level, adding that this would be facilitated by the various structures that the Youth Ministry is putting in place to drive home the vision.

Pastor Ebenezer Hagan then joined in the annual praise and worship programme of PENSA-KNUST dubbed, “Drama Praise”. This year’s edition was under the theme, “Called Unto Fellowship”.

There were ministrations from the Royal Vine Theatre and King’s Praise, the music and drama wing of PENSA – KNUST, as well as Overseer Kyei Boate, the guest artiste for the occasion.

Apostle A.L Angoh, the Chairman for the event, in his address, noted that Jesus created humans with a need for fellowship. According to him, everyone on earth wants to feel needed and that, in fellowship, we enjoy the peace of God. He, therefore, stated that it is the responsibility of every Christian to beckon everyone to join them in fellowship with God.

Apostle Angoh also urged Christians to be in tune with the Spirit of God and not be carried away by the excitement of the programme alone.

Present at the event were Pastor Franklin Kumi Lartey (Travelling Secretary, Asokwa Sector) and Mrs. Priscilla Hagan (Wife of the Youth Director).
