As part of the 2026 Pentecost Men’s Ministry (PEMEM) Week celebration, the Kunka District in the Obuasi Area of The Church of Pentecost organised a health screening exercise at the Obuasi Kunka Market on June 20, 2026.
The outreach formed part of activities marking the national PEMEM Week celebration, themed “Men Unleashed to Transform Society” (Psalm 145:4).
Held in collaboration with the AngloGold Ashanti Hospital, the exercise provided free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings for 110 market women.
Led by the District Pastor, Pastor Alex Baiden, and the District PEMEM Leader, Elder Kennedy Ntoso, the initiative also served as an avenue for evangelism and community engagement, demonstrating the Church’s commitment to holistic ministry and societal transformation.
