As of December 2025, The Church of Pentecost’s global ministerial workforce had grown to 3,723, reflecting sustained expansion in human resource capacity to support the Church’s worldwide mission efforts.

Out of this number, 2,033 ministers are currently serving in Ghana, while 1,690 ministers are stationed across the church’s external missions, demonstrating the increasing strength of the church’s presence beyond its home base. Notably, 331 ministers serving in the external nations are actively engaged as missionaries, marking a significant milestone in the church’s global evangelisation drive.

This figure represents a remarkable 73.3% increase over the previous year’s missionary count of 191, highlighting the church’s accelerating reach and unwavering commitment to global evangelisation. The steady rise in missionary deployment underscores the practical outworking of the church’s vision to extend the message of salvation to all nations.

Complementing the ministerial workforce is a formidable global core of 178,095 officers, who continue to serve as the backbone of the church’s operations at all levels. This dedicated body of lay officers play a vital role in sustaining the church’s structures and ministries, particularly at the grassroots level.

The global officer corps comprises 57,842 Elders, 37,223 Deacons, and 83,030 Deaconesses, all working in harmony to advance the church’s ‘Possessing the Nations’ agenda within their respective assemblies, districts, and areas.

Together, the expanding ministerial workforce and the strong base of committed officers reflect the church’s strategic investment in people and its resolve to strengthen both local assemblies and external missions. This growing human resource capacity continues to position The Church of Pentecost to effectively pursue its mandate of transforming lives and societies through the power of the Gospel and the power of the Holy Spirit.
