The Church Of Pentecost Inducts New Directors

The Church of Pentecost has inducted a new set of leaders to oversee its various ministries, in pursuit of its unleashing agenda.

The induction service took place at the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PCC)-Atomic, Accra, on Sunday, September 1, 2024. The event saw a large turnout from the church community, including ministers and officers.

Apostle Eric Nyamekye, Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, officiated the service, with support from General Secretary Apostle Samuel Gyau Oboubi and International Missions Director Apostle Emmanuel Agyemang Bekoe.

Newly Inducted Directors:

  • Apostle Emmanuel Kwasi Appiah (Director of Evangelism Ministry) and Deputy Elder Ishmael Edjekumhene
  • Apostle Vincent Anane Denteh (Director of Pentecost Men’s Ministry – PEMEM, second term)
  • Mrs Philomina Mireku (Director of Women’s Ministry, second term) and Deputy Mrs Vivian Amfo
  • Pastor Samuel Avornyo (Director of Children’s Ministry)
  • Pastor Dr Felix Dela Klutse (Director of Pent Media Centre)
  • Apostle Ebenezer Agyapong (Minister-in-Charge of E-Church) and Supporting Minister Over Emmanuel Owusu
  • Overseer Benjamin Asare Yeboah (Director of Pentecost Social Services – PENTSOS)
  • Pastor Frank Mensah Tandoh (Co-ordinator of Schools Outreach Ministry) and Deputy Elder Desmond Addison
  • Apostle Anthony Mensah (Chairman of Workers Guild) and Vice Elder Dr Yao Yeboah
  • Pastor Abraham Addae Agyemang (Co-ordinator of Ministry to Other Sheep)
  • Pastor Michael Laryea Jnr. (Co-ordinator of Ministry to Celebrities)
  • Pastor Kingsford Awenbiya (Co-ordinator of Prison Ministry) and Deputies Pastor DSP Thomas Brefo (In-charge of Inmates) and Pastor Manieson Odoi (In-charge of Ex-Offenders).

All National Executive Committee Members of the various ministries and specialised ministries were prayed for to commence their operations.

The service also bid farewell to Apostle Dr Amos Jimmy Marin, the outgoing Director of the Evangelism Ministry, who concluded eight years of dedicated service.

Apostle Emmanuel Agyeman Bekoe, the International Missions Director, delivered the sermon, on the topic, ‘The Ministry of the Pillar of Cloud and Fire.’

He urged ministers and members under the “Possessing The Nations” agenda to publicly display God and guide many to Christ.

Chairman Eric Nyamekye emphasised that The Church of Pentecost never lacks leaders due to God’s sufficient grace upon the church. He encouraged the newly inducted leaders to diligently execute their tasks, always seeking God’s grace.
