The Group Chairman of the Jospong Group of Companies, Elder Dr Joseph Siaw Agyepong, has admonished Christians to serve God with their all.

He made this admonishment on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at the PCC Centre during the 2025 PENSA Ghana Conference.

Speaking on the theme, ‘Serving God with Our Possessions,’ Elder Dr Agyepong underscored a connection between love, service, and stewardship, urging individuals to recognise their roles as caretakers of the blessings they receive.

He referenced biblical figures such as Solomon and David, highlighting how their offerings and dedication to God exemplified true love and commitment. He pointed to 1 Chronicles 28:3-6, where David’s devotion to building a temple for God demonstrated why he is described as ‘a man after God’s heart.’

He encouraged believers to reflect on their offerings, whether talents, spiritual gifts, or material possessions and to remember that these are ultimately enabled by God.

The business mogul advised believers not to let money control them but rather possess their possessions wisely, saying, ‘You are a steward of your possessions,’ encouraging them to take care of what they have and to release it back to God for greater blessings in return.

Elder Dr Siaw Agyepong also shared practical ways to serve God with one’s possessions. He cited the example of James McKeown, who exemplified selflessness by refusing a salary or allowances and donating all his funds. This act of generosity illustrates how one can use intellect and resources for God’s glory, he stressed.

The Jospong Group Executive Chairman emphasised the importance of tithing and acknowledged God’s power in generating wealth.

‘Always acknowledge the power of God that brings you wealth,’ he said, reinforcing that honouring God with one’s substance is essential for spiritual growth and fulfillment.
