The Ministry to Persons with Disabilities (MPWDs) Headquarters, in collaboration with the Koforidua and Effiduase Sectors of The Church of Pentecost, donated assorted items worth GHS 20,000 to the Koforidua School for the Deaf on May 22, 2026.

The outreach was carried out under the guidance of the National Coordinator, Pastor Alexander Nyame, as part of the ministry’s commitment to demonstrating Christ’s love through care and support for persons with disabilities.

The donation team was led by Pastor Micheal Opoku and Mrs Mercy Opoku, together with Pastor Ruben Peter Wuni, members from the MPWDs National Office, and the Koforidua Area MPWDs Committee.

Items presented included bags of rice, basins of corn, tubers of yam, benches, gari, millet, soya beans, and stationery supplies.

Beyond the donation, the team spent time fellowshipping and praying with the students and teachers, encouraging them in the Lord.

Receiving the items on behalf of the school, the Headteacher, Joyce Adu-Agyemang, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the church for the timely support and kindness shown to the school.
