Every Steward Of God Is An Agent Of Transformation – Apostle Robert Andoh

The Essam-Debiso Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Robert Kwabena Andoh, has called on officers of the Church to be the true agents of transformation in all their endeavours.

In his first meeting with the Area Presbytery, comprising Ministers, Elders, Deacons, Deaconesses and other leaders in the Area at Sefwi Debiso Central Church auditorium on September 23, 2019, Apostle Andoh entreated them to be good stewards and strive to cause change in every area of their lives and in the lives of the people they engage with.

Speaking on the theme, “Being Good Stewards in the Transformational Agenda” based on Titus 1: 1:16, the Area Head said a good steward knows that God has called and sent him, knows his mission and is ever ready for God’s work, keeps his or her character intact, and seeks the wellbeing of the members.

Apostle Andoh charged church leaders to exhibit good character and live exemplary lives for the members and the world to emulate. “Charisma must of necessity go in line with character,” he stressed.

He added that as church leaders, they must scout for and identify leadership qualities in the members, train and assist them to exhibit good character by eschewing all vices while imbibing virtues just as Paul advised Titus to help the Cretans.

Apostle Andoh further shared his vision of “Positive Transformation” with the officers in line with the Vision 2023 of the Church. The key areas of the vision are; “Aggressive evangelism and soul-winning,” “Church planting and Church Growth,” “Intentional discipleship and leadership development,” “Spiritual and financial growth,” “Infrastructural development and requisite land documentation,” and “Provision of social and community services.”

He appealed to all officers to work assiduously to help achieve the vision 2023 of the church.

He also used the platform to launch the ‘One Member One Descipled Soul’ project in the Area, where he asked all church officers and members to win souls for Christ since evangelism is the core mandate of every Christian (Matthew 28:18-20).

In all, 750 officers attended the meeting.
