Couple Blessed With Baby Girl After 17 Years Of Marriage

Deacon Abraham and Mrs. Rose Yaro of Bayerebon District in the Sefwi Bekwai Area of The Church of Pentecost could not hide their joy, excitement, and appreciation to God when their first child was christened and dedicated to the Lord after 17 years of their marriage.

The service, officiated by the Bayerebon District Minister, Overseer Austin Fuachie, on February 6, 2019, was attended by family members, friends and members of the Church. It was a moment of joy and praise as the congregation was awestruck by the great miracle.

The couple has struggled for almost two decades to bear children but to no avail as all efforts by medical practitioners they consulted for help proved futile. However, during a district prayer meeting organised by the district minister last year, the Church held intensive prayers for them and other couples expecting the fruit of the womb.

A few months later, Mrs. Rose Yaro conceived and later gave birth to a beautiful baby girl to the glory of God.

Addressing the congregation in a sermon titled, “It Pays to Wait” based on Isaiah 40:31, Overseer Austin Fuachie encouraged believers to continually trust and wait on God no matter how hopeless their situations may be because God is more than able to do exceedingly above all they can think or ask for.

He further advised the members not to resort to other ungodly mediums for help in times of difficulty or distress.
