The Ho Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Emmanuel Agyei Kwafo, has urged church officers to let the principles and values of the Kingdom of God influence every aspect of their lives – wherever they go and whatever they do.

Speaking at the Zonal Officers’ Retreat held on Monday, October 27, 2025, at the Ho Dome Central Auditorium, Apostle Kwafo, who also serves as an Executive Council Member and the Volta and Oti Regional Coordinator, emphasized that the “Possessing the Nations” agenda of The Church of Pentecost demands that all members, especially officers, serve as front-liners in transforming society with godly values such as love, humility, faithfulness, and discipline.

Delivering a message on the topic, “Paying My Price as an Officer in the Vision 2028 Agenda,” Apostle Kwafo stated that God’s vision for the church is not confined to the four walls of a building but must be expressed through righteous influence in all spheres of life. “The possessing the nations agenda requires that we move outside the church into the world and tell the love of Jesus to others so we can bring them to the saving grace of Christ,” he declared.

He explained that fulfilling this vision involves understanding the charge, the assignment, the risks, and the rewards. On the charge, he cautioned officers against separating their walk with Christ from their professional or family life. “You have gone astray if there is a separation of your work or home from Christ,” he warned.

Expounding on the assignment, Apostle Kwafo said officers are called to display God’s glory and presence in every environment they find themselves in, confronting corruption and promoting integrity, particularly in their workplaces. “Wherever and whenever there is a church service, it must be seen that people have come to the city of God,” he added, stressing the need for quality worship and service in every local assembly.

While acknowledging the risks involved, such as losing friends and privileges, he reminded officers that the rewards for faithful service are eternal. Citing 1 Corinthians 15:58 and Revelation 22:12, he encouraged them to remain steadfast, knowing that “the Lord is faithful and will reward each one handsomely for their labour in His vineyard.”

Also present at the retreat were Mrs. Agartha Agyei Kwafo, wife of the Area Head, and the Dome Zone Pastors and their spouses. Participating Districts included Ho Dome, SSNIT Flats, Barracks, Godokpe, PIWC, Sokode Lokoe, Adaklu Agblefe, Adaklu Waya, Ziope, Akpokope, and Kpetoe.

This meeting formed part of a series of zonal retreats being held across the Ho Area, with the first session earlier taking place in the Bankoe Zone.
