The University of Canberra (UC) branch of the Pentecost Students and Associates (PENSA) in Australia has undertaken an evangelism exercise, dubbed “Campus Praise & BBQ,” aimed at sharing the gospel message of Christ with non-Christians on campus.

The event, which was held in collaboration with the Canberra Youth Ministry and the Oceania Bloc of PENSA International, took place at the UC campus on March 14, 2023.

It recorded an attendance of over 100 students, including members of the Canberra Youth Ministry, and also featured powerful song ministrations by the PENSA UC Music Wing.

As part of the event, Deacon Michael Benson led a prayer circle where students joined in to pray. The session was also patronised by some non-Christians on campus.

At the end of the event, five new members joined PENSA-UC much to the delight of the organisers.
