An Executive Council Member of The Church of Pentecost and Area Head of La, in Accra, Apostle Dr Dieudonne Komla Nuekpe, has explained that all possessions, including life, belong to God.

He asserts: ‘We are managers of God’s divine provisions here on earth. Serving God with our possessions is a call to mobilise the church and its resources to expand the Kingdom. It is a biblical mandate that reminds us that all we have, including our very lives, belong to God.’

He said this on Thursday, January 23, 2025, during the Greater Accra Regional Ministers and Wives’ Conference being held at the Pentecost Convention Centre, Gomoa-Fetteh.

He highlighted that all wealth and honour originate from the Lord, urging believers to recognise their role as stewards of God’s provisions.

Apostle Dr Nuekpe explained that possessions encompass not only material wealth but also talents and intellect, stating, ‘We must live in a way that will reveal God’s heart of giving.’

He encouraged Christians to invest their time in activities pleasing to the Lord and to honour God through tithing and offerings.

He acknowledged challenges such as financial constraints and societal pressures but reminded believers to remain steadfast in their service to God.

He concluded by emphasising that serving God with one’s possessions is both a command and a privilege, bringing joy and deepening one’s spirituality.
