Tema Area Chaplaincy, Chieftaincy Ministry Pay Courtesy Visit To Ada Paramount Chief

The Tema Area Chaplaincy of The Church of Pentecost, in collaboration with the Chieftaincy Ministry, has paid a fraternal visit to the palace of His Royal Majesty Djetse Abram Kabu Akuaku III, Paramount Chief of the Ada Traditional Area.

The visit, which took place on Monday, November 3, 2025, was aimed at fostering fellowship, prayer, and mutual understanding between the Church and traditional leadership.

Led by a team of ministers and officers from the Tema Area, the Chaplaincy delegation was warmly received by His Royal Majesty and his council of elders. The team spent time in prayer and shared words of encouragement, invoking God’s wisdom, peace, and prosperity upon the chief, his elders, and the entire Ada Traditional Area.

His Royal Majesty Djetse Abram Kabu Akuaku III expressed deep appreciation for the visit, describing it as a significant and uplifting gesture that demonstrated the Church’s genuine concern for the well-being of traditional communities. He noted that collaboration between the Church and traditional authorities is crucial for promoting moral guidance, unity, and development in society.

The Paramount Chief further assured the delegation that he would convene a meeting with all his elders at a later date to allow the Chaplaincy to engage the full Traditional Council for further fellowship and prayer. He commended the ministers for their commitment to serving both the spiritual and social needs of the people of Ada.

The delegation included Pastor George Ackah-Watson (Kasseh District), Pastor Emmanuel Martey (Ada Foah District), Pastor Godwin Kisseih (Big Ada District), Pastor Samuel M. Arthur (Afiadenyigba District), and some officers from Big Ada and Ada Foah Districts. The visit strengthened the cordial relationship between The Church of Pentecost and the traditional leadership, affirming the Church’s commitment to community engagement and nation transformation through partnership and prayer.
