Dome District Dedicates Mission House

The official minister’s residence of the Dome District in the Achimota Area of The Church of Pentecost has been dedicated to the glory of God.

The building project, which took 12 years to complete, was constructed at a total cost of GHC. 405,776.80.

The project was funded through grants from the COP Headquarters and the Achimota Area, as well as contribution from members and benevolent individuals such as Elders Dr. Daniel Obeng Attuah, Samuel Agyapong, Daniel Kwame Antwi, Kusi Appiah, Ishmael Ayivi, Nana Bediako and Deaconess Nancy Daah. Elder Collins Nartey was acknowledged for undertaking all the electrical works on the building for free.

The immediate-past Achimota Area Head, Apostle J. K. Assabil (now Takoradi Area Head), who dedicated the edifice, commended the leadership of the District for seeing to the successful completion of the project.

He also commended all past and present District Pastors and Area Heads for overseeing various stages of the construction process.

The dedication of the Dome District Mission house took place on September 5, 2018, and was attended by a cross-section of the Achimota Area pastorate including the District Minister, Pastor Isaac Siaw Lartey.
