The Avoeme District in the Aflao Area of The Church of Pentecost has donated assorted items valued at GHS 12,000.00 to the Ketu South Municipal Hospital.
The donation, spearheaded by the District Women’s Ministry and supported by the entire church membership, aligns with the Church’s Vision 2028, which seeks to transform society with Kingdom values and principles.
The items donated included bedsheets and pillowcases, gallons of liquid soap, toiletries, sweeping brushes, mops, two wheelchairs, and sachets of water.
Presenting the items to the hospital, the District Minister, Pastor Daniel Teye Gyan Henanaopeh, assisted by the Assistant District Women’s Ministry Leader, Deaconess Harmony Kpetsigo, stated that the gesture was intended to demonstrate the love of Christ to the community.
He commended the commitment and dedication of the healthcare workers and encouraged them to continue serving diligently, emphasising that their profession is not only a service to humanity but also a divine calling.
