Two weeks after Madina District’s second District Week Celebration that took place at Sychar, a lady boldly and joyfully confessed that she had been cured from stomach ulcer.

The 51-year old lady, Ms Benedicta Hovor, a Ghanaian resident in Italy said she had suffered from the ulcer for more than twenty (20) years. She said that because of the disease, she had undergone surgery on two occasions but to no avail.

According to Ms Hovor, during prayer time in the morning of Wednesday, July 4, 2018, people who were suffering from stomach ulcer were invited forward, they were asked to place their hands on their stomach and pray. After the prayers, she felt relieved from the erstwhile persistent pains in her stomach.

At home after church that morning, she unconsciously ate kenkey with hot pepper stew but did not feel any pains. She said she has since been eating all kinds of food and hot pepper, something she had not done for more than 20 years but does not feel any pains again. Ms Benedicta Hovor was full praise and gratitude to God for healing her.
