Ejisu District Evangelism Ministry Donates To Amanfrom Camp Prison

The Ejisu District Evangelism Ministry of The Church of Pentecost has made a sizeable donation to inmates of the Amanfrom Camp Prison in the Ashanti Region.

The items presented included bags of rice, toothpaste, medicated soap, ointment, slippers, loaves of bread, etc.,all to the tune of GHS 4,241.00.

The delegation was led by Probationary Overseer Frank Agyei and the Evangelism Ministry Leader, Elder Isaac Wiafe.

According to Elder Wiafe, the donation was in line with the “Possessing the Nations” agenda of The Church of Pentecost. He said that Jesus Christ has mandated the church to take the Gospel of Christ to all nations and to all people regardless of their background or status.

Receiving the items on behalf of the inmates, DSP Joseph Aikins expressed gratitude to The Church of Pentecost for their continuous support to the Prisons Service. He was also grateful to the Ejisu District Evangelism Ministry for donating the items and sharing the word of God with the inmates. He was hopeful that the prisoners would be positively impacted and transformed by their visitation.

DSP Aikins also called on other members of the society to emulate the church and come to the aid of the prison.
