Deaconess Christiana Amoah Wins Best Worker Award

Deaconess Christiana Amoah of the Abasraba District in the Winneba Area has been adjudged the 2018 Overall Best Worker at the Trauma & Specialist Hospital, Winneba.

She also received the 4th Quarter Heroine Award and was presented with a citation and a double-decker fridge. The awards were presented to her by the Central Regional Director of Health Service on April 12, 2019.

Throughout the year 2018, Mrs. Amoah worked tirelessly towards the progress of Trauma & Specialist Hospital in Winneba.

Christiana’s dedication to duty and pro-activeness in innovation and invention was outstanding and duly acknowledged by the Management of the hospital. Her sense of humour and calmness in maintaining proper human relations is seen by all who patronize the services of the hospital.

She was described by the Hospital Management as hardworking, courageous, humble, patient, affable, honest, result-oriented and efficient. Christiana is also described by many as a nurse who is worthy of emulation.

Deaconess Christiana Amoah’s accomplishment serves as a great boost and a source of inspiration for all members of The Church of Pentecost, especially in this time when the Church is earnestly pursuing the vision of equipping her members to possess their nations (spheres) by influencing every worldview, thought and behaviour with kingdom principles, values and lifestyles,

During the 2019 Winneba Zone Easter Convention held at Winneba Lorry Station, the Area Head, Apostle Prof. Peter Ohene Kyei acknowledged Deaconess Christiana Amoah for her great feat and encouraged the congregants to emulate her.

Apostle Prof. Ohene Kyei also stated that she would be offered a scholarship to pursue a degree in Nursing at Pentecost University College.
