Ministers’ wives in the Winneba Area of The Church of Pentecost have donated food items worth GH¢ 3,000.00 to the Pentecost Preparatory School, located at Ansaful, Winneba.

The items, which included bags of rice, maize, and onion, as well as gallons of oil, tomatoes paste, and toilet rolls were donated to the school during a visit on June 10, 2021.

Led by the wife of the Area Head, Mrs. Gifty Dansoah Appiah, the team was received by the headmistress of the school, Mrs. Agnes Tagoe, and Pastor Daniel Obeng-Mensah, Chairman of the school’s management board.

Presenting the items to the school, Mrs. Dansoah Appiah, stated: “As mothers of the Area, we are concern about the welfare of our children, especially children at Pentecost Preparatory School, Winneba. Our desire is that the children are fed on a nutritious diet that would impact their ability to learn and improve on their academic outcome.”

The Headmistress of the school, Mrs. Agnes Tagoe, who received the items, was full of praise to the wives of the ministers for the kind gesture and called for God’s blessings upon them. She promised to ensure that the items are used for the intended purpose.
