The Wa Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Robert Andoh, has dedicated two buildings in the newly created Tanvaare District.

The projects which were dedicated on June 25, 2019, are four-bedroom mission house and a church auditorium, both at Tanvaare.

Delivering the sermon at the service, Apostle Andoh admonished the congregation not to defile their bodies because their bodies are the temple of God in which the Holy Spirit dwells. “The Christian body is the temple of God and should be kept holy and undefiled”.

Making reference to 1 Corinthians 1:9 and 17, the Area Head indicated that, in order to become the temple of God, the Christian needs to commit themselves to the pillars of the temple which include prayer, sacrifice and offering, reading and meditation of the word of God, and adhering to the gospel of transformation.

The event was graced by district ministers from Wechiau, Nyoli, Poyentanga and Veiri.

Also present were the Assemblyman for the area, the chief of Tanvaare and the chief of Baleofi.

Report by Lawrence Kunta, Tanvaare.
