The Asenemaso District Pastor and Area Secretary of the Abuakwa Area of The Church of Pentecost, Pastor Peter Quayson, has asserted that the Bible remains the only credible and proven tool for transforming a broken and dying world.

He made this statement during a sermon at the climax of the 2026 Easter Convention of the Asenemaso Zone in the Abuakwa Area.

The convention, which culminated in a powerful Easter Sunday service at Asenemaso, brought together members from various districts within the Area for a spiritually enriching experience marked by worship, prayer, and testimonies.

Preaching on the theme, “The Undisputed Evidence of My Salvation,” and drawing his message from 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 and 1 Peter 1:18-20, Pastor Quayson emphasised the significance of Christ’s death and resurrection in the believer’s transformation.

He noted that Jesus Christ’s three days in the belly of the earth serve as undeniable proof of God’s ability to fulfil His divine purpose.

“Jesus in the belly of the earth for three days is proof that God is capable of securing His vision to its fulfilment,” he stated.

Pastor Quayson stressed that in the face of growing global challenges, the Bible stands as the only tested and approved source of true transformation. According to him, any attempt at transformation that excludes the Word of God will yield no lasting results.

“Our transformation is the proof of our salvation through the redemptive plan of God,” he affirmed.

He further explained that God’s ultimate plan was to redeem humanity from the bondage of sin through the sacrifice of His only Son, Jesus Christ—a plan that, though beyond human comprehension, was perfectly fulfilled through Christ’s death and resurrection.

The leadership of the Abuakwa Area expressed gratitude to God for the success of the convention, noting that the event reaffirmed God’s unwavering commitment to transforming lives through the power of the Gospel.
