There Should Be No Distinction Between Workplace, Ministry – Apostle Danzerl

The Achimota Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Joseph Danzerl, has explained the inseparability of workplace and ministry, urging Christians to integrate their faith into all aspects of life.

‘Our private life is as important as our public life. It is vital to note that God calls the church out of this world for Himself and sends them back to transform it,’ he said.

Apostle Danzerl made these remarks on January 22, 2025, during the Greater Accra Regional Ministers and Wives’ Conference at the Pentecost Convention Centre, Gomoa-Fetteh.

He indicated that Christians are called to transform the world by embodying the principles of the Kingdom of God in every sphere. He cautioned against compartmentalizing life into sacred and secular, stating that dividing life into two creates a false dichotomy that separates faith and everyday living.

Apostle Danzerl urged believers to live integrated lives, reflecting their faith in workplaces, relationships, and public engagements. He underscored the necessity of aligning personal values with shared Christian beliefs, indicating that one’s actions should consistently demonstrate their faith.

He also encouraged Christians to be respectful and sensitive to individuals from diverse backgrounds, as this openness can make others more receptive to the message of Christ.

Apostle Joseph Danzerl called for active societal engagement, asserting that work in the world is as significant as work within the church.

You Can’t Be Part Of Body Of Christ And Avoid Fellowship – Apostle Oduro-Nyarko Cautions

The Elmina Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Lawrence Oduro-Nyarko, has debunked the notion that one can be part of the body of Christ and avoid fellowship with a local church.

Speaking on the topic, ‘Revitalising Worship in the Local Church’ at the Central Regional Ministers and Wives’ Conference at the Nduom School of Business and Technology, Elmina, Apostle Oduro-Nyarko emphasised that church fellowship is at the heart of Christianity, as highlighted in Psalm 122:1.

He called for the revitalisation of worship in local churches to make them more appealing to members, encouraging them to share fellowship and worship God together.

‘We cannot sit on the fence while the local assembly remains dull. We should engineer the revitalisation of the local church through the power of the Holy Spirit,’ he noted.

Apostle Oduro-Nyarko stressed the need for church leaders and all Christians to ensure that there is always life in the church.

‘We all have a duty to ensure that the life of the church is sustained so that all that makes it alive continues to function,’ he stressed.

He noted that the church should be revitalised to provide a meaningful atmosphere for fellowship and encountering God, saying, ‘If the church is revitalised, then it has all it needs to grow.’

He suggested that the pastorate and laity of the church should ‘prescribe a medication’ for the local church to rejuvenate every aspect of it and make it attractive for fellowship.

‘The church should be a Spirit-filled place where people come in with burdens from work and society, feel fulfilled and satisfied to stay for fellowship, and leave with a sense of belonging,’ he stressed.

According to him, a revitalised local church is one where worship is a lifestyle of daily surrender to God by the Christian. He also indicated that such a church embodies a lifestyle of faithfulness rather than performance or showmanship.

He advocated for effective small groups with strong leadership and close-knit fellowship, where individuals cherish ministry, accountability, mentorship, and evangelism.

‘Wherever we are, Christ is present, and transformation must be inevitable. When we are gathered in His name, there should be vitality,’ he concluded.

An Executive Council Member of The Church of Pentecost and Area Head of La, in Accra, Apostle Dr Dieudonne Komla Nuekpe, has explained that all possessions, including life, belong to God.

He asserts: ‘We are managers of God’s divine provisions here on earth. Serving God with our possessions is a call to mobilise the church and its resources to expand the Kingdom. It is a biblical mandate that reminds us that all we have, including our very lives, belong to God.’

He said this on Thursday, January 23, 2025, during the Greater Accra Regional Ministers and Wives’ Conference being held at the Pentecost Convention Centre, Gomoa-Fetteh.

He highlighted that all wealth and honour originate from the Lord, urging believers to recognise their role as stewards of God’s provisions.

Make Your Calling Count – Apostle Dr Jimmy Markin Urges Ministers

The Central Regional Coordinating (RCC) Coordinator of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Dr Amos Jimmy Markin, has urged Christians to live honourable lives that transform their spheres, making their existence meaningful.

Speaking at the commencement of the Central Regional Ministers and Wives’ Conference at the Nduom School of Business and Technology near Elmina, Apostle Dr Markin, who spoke about the 2025 theme, explained that Jesus left the Church on earth to spread the values and principles of the Kingdom of God.

‘The bride of the groom must be seen at business partnering with Him in obedience to bring change to their world. This is the crux of the unleashed mandate,’ he stated.

He encouraged ministers and their wives to recognise the new wave in the church and make a positive impact, saying, ‘This is a new dawn.’

Apostle Dr Markin, who is the Cape Coast Area Head and Executive Council member of the church, highlighted that the conference aimed to reconnect ministers and their wives with God. He indicated the need for church members to acknowledge their purpose and live lives worthy of their calling.

He called for a creative, radical, and courageous demonstration of Kingdom values so that God would be praised because of them. He stressed the importance of Christians living in their appointed place to serve as agents of transformation, noting that favour, anointing, and connection are found there.

Apostle Dr Markin reminded Christians that their primary identity is as servants of God, called to proclaim His glory. He urged them to be transformed to transform others, living lives that reflect their calling.

He mentioned that the 2025 theme builds on the previous year’s theme, emphasising living a life worthy of one’s calling. Ministry, he said, is a call to serve people willingly. He shared a story of responding to a call for help, underscoring the importance of living out God’s love.

Apostle Dr Markin read from Exodus 19:4–6, Deuteronomy 7:6–8, and Exodus 20:1 and 5b, reiterating that God called Christians to be His treasured possession, guiding them jealously to belong to Him.

He concluded by urging ministers and their wives to focus on being living examples of Christ rather than worrying about material things.

‘Until you retire, God will nourish you. You have no place for worries. Don’t be one of those preachers who worry about nothing,’ he said.

The Church Must Operate At Its Full Potential – Apostle Dr. Dela Quampah web

The Church Must Operate At Its Full Potential – Apostle Dr. Dela Quampah

The Ho Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Dr. Dela Quampah, has emphasized the need for the Church to fully harness and unleash its vast potential in order to transform the world.

Apostle Quampah made this statement during his presentation on “Characteristics of the Unleashed Church” at the afternoon session of Day One of the Ministers and Wives Conference (MWC) for the Volta and Oti regions, held at PIWC, Ho.

Drawing inspiration from Isaiah 60:1-2, 21-22, Apostle Quampah compared the Church to Zion, which is often unaware of its true potential. Like a sleeping giant, he said, the Church is endowed with untapped resources waiting to be unleashed.

Referring to the first declaration in creation, “Let there be light,” Apostle Quampah explained its prophetic significance in human history. He stated that darkness symbolizes evil, sin, and immorality, while light represents morality and righteousness.

In discussing the concept of an “unleashed” Church, Apostle Quampah remarked, “Records are not set to be admired; they are set to be broken.” He urged Christians to view their professions as avenues for ministry, referencing the Protestant Work Ethic.

“Church members must be taught to see their domestic lives as a calling,” he added.

Concluding, Apostle Quampah underscored that the unleashed Church is meant to grow and expand, emphasizing that a Church that is unleashed must be a thriving, spreading entity.

Where Is The Character Change? – Apostle Dr. Quampah Chides Christians

Apostle Dr. Dela Quampah, Coordinator of the Volta/Oti Regional Coordinating Council and Ho Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, has urged Christians to demonstrate the transformative change that should occur when they repent and surrender their lives to Christ.

He emphasized that Christianity should not be limited to merely professing faith but must extend to all aspects of one’s life.

Speaking on the topic, “Characteristics of the Church Unleashed,” Apostle Dr. Quampah, who also serves as an Executive Council Member of the Church, expressed concern over the moral decline in Ghanaian society, despite the fact that over 70% of Ghanaians identify as Christians.

He pointed out that while the number of churches is growing rapidly in Ghana and across Africa, this growth has not been accompanied by a corresponding change in behavior or attitude. In contrast, churches in the Western world are witnessing a decline.

The Ho Area Head called on Christians to live out the values and principles of God’s kingdom in every area of their lives—whether at home, at work, or in the community. He stressed that such actions would lead to a better world.

“What the world needs are Christians with strong work ethics, good morals, and exemplary behavior to set the standard for others to follow,” he said.

Apostle Dr. Quampah noted that instead of setting a positive example, many Christians are conforming to worldly trends, contributing to the moral decay evident both in society and within the church.

He concluded by urging believers to awaken from their slumber, rise up, and take their rightful place in every sphere of society as the Church strives to impact the nations.

We Have Been Unleashed To Save Souls – Pastor Fosu To Christians

The Kete Krachi Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Pastor Charles K. Fosu, has stated that the call to soul-winning is not just a duty but an essential part of the believer’s life, urging everyone to actively engage in spreading the gospel.

Pastor Charles Fosu said this today during his presentation on the topic: “Unleashed to Save the Never-Dying Soul” at the Ministers and Wives Conference (MWC) for Volta and Oti regions at the Pentecost  International Worship Centre (PIWC), Ho.

Drawing from Mark 8:36-37, he stressed the profound responsibility every Christian bears in the mission to win souls for Christ.

He defined transformation as the conversion of both individuals and entire societies through the power of the gospel, highlighting that while mass evangelism plays an important role, it cannot replace the personal responsibility each believer has to reach out to others.

Pastor Fosu acknowledged the challenges in soul-winning, citing the hindrances identified by Charles Spurgeon, such as sinners’ indifference, unbelief, procrastination, and self-righteousness.

He addressed each of these barriers, offering practical solutions to help believers overcome them and become more effective in their evangelistic efforts.

The Kete-Krachi Area Head concluded by emphasizing the immense blessings of soul-winning.

He reminded the audience that every soul saved brings joy in heaven, joy to the individual who accepts Christ, and joy to the soul winner.

He also highlighted the growth and increase it brings to the Church, along with the accompanying signs and miracles that follow the preaching of the gospel.
