PIWC-Takoradi Renovates 4 Facilities At Takoradi Market Circle

The Pentecost International Worship Centre, Takoradi (PIWC-Takoradi) has renovated the Takoradi Market Circle Police Station, the urinal facility of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), the City Guard Office and the Office of the Ghana National Fire Service so as to give the facilities a facelift.

Handing over the renovated facilities to Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA), the Resident Minister, Pastor Daniel Okyei Boakye stated that the renovation of the facilities is in line with the Church’s social transformation agenda by partnering government and other state institutions to provide key interventions to facilitate the development of the nation.

According to him, the five-year strategic vision of The Church of Pentecost, dubbed “Vision 2023,” is geared towards equipping her teeming members to make an impact in society by living out and standing for the values and principles of the Kingdom of God in every sphere of life.

“We believe this social impact activity will advance the church’s agenda of possessing the nations,” he indicated.
The STMA administrator, Mr Frank K. Yeboah, on behalf of the Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE), commended the church for the initiative, adding that it falls in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 17, which focuses on partnership for development.

He also assured the church that the facilities would be taken good care of to serve its intended purpose.
