The Children’s Ministry of the Oduman District in Anyaa-Ablekuma Area of The Church of Pentecost has made a generous donation to the Haven of Hope Children’s Home at Medie, near Accra.

Valued at over GHS 5,000.00, the donation comprised cash, food items, clothing, toiletries, and other essential supplies. It formed part of the ministry’s “Unleashed” camp meeting, held from August 27-30, 2025. The gesture further underscored the church’s commitment to practical outreach and the embodiment of God’s love.

Leading the presentation on Thursday, August 29, 2025, District Minister, Pastor Godwin Coffie Adzahlie, encouraged the inmates and staff, assuring them of God’s enduring love.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to support you in this way, and for your gracious hospitality in hosting our camp,” he said, adding, “This is a partnership we deeply value and look forward to strengthening.”

Receiving the items on behalf of the orphanage, Mr Joseph Owusu conveyed his heartfelt thanks to the church for the kind gesture. He stated that the support would significantly enhance the welfare of the children and affirmed the orphanage’s openness to continued collaboration.

Also in attendance were Deaconess Margaret Dampare (District Children’s Ministry Leader) and Elder Evans Abanga (Assistant Leader), among others.
