The Nsawam Area of The Church of Pentecost has organised a day’s intensive media training programme for media personnel serving in local assemblies across the Area.
Held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at the Country Lodge in Nsawam, the event brought together 61 participants from all districts in the Area. The training aimed to sharpen their skills, equip them with modern tools and techniques for effective church media coverage, and empower them to play a pivotal role in advancing the media ministry of the church.
The programme was held under the leadership of Nsawam Area Head, Apostle Francis Yaw Adu, with support from experienced facilitators, including Daniel Kwabena Mantey and Samuel Ajisope from the Pent Media Centre, as well as Prince Aboagye of KP Media.
Participants engaged in hands-on sessions covering TV production, photography, and church media production, among other key areas. The training also underscored the spiritual significance of media work in the church, inspiring attendees to view their roles as crucial in spreading the gospel through digital platforms.
Participants were encouraged to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills in their respective local assemblies and contribute actively to the Area’s media ministry initiatives.
This impactful training forms part of the broader efforts by The Church of Pentecost to build a vibrant and competent media workforce, supporting the church’s vision of ‘Possessing the Nations’ through strategic communication.
