The New Tafo Area of The Church of Pentecost has donated two Sintex water storage tanks, each with a capacity of 10,000 liters, valued at a total of GHS 27,000.00, to the Pentecost Senior High School (PENSEC), Kumasi.
The donation, which took place on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the school premises, was aimed at supporting the school to improve its water storage capacity.
Presenting the tanks on behalf of the New Tafo Area, the immediate past Area Head, Prophet Samuel Tetteh Doku, expressed the Area’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote the welfare and development of students and educational institutions within its jurisdiction.
Receiving the items on behalf of the school, the headmaster, Elder Albert Mensah, expressed appreciation to the New Tafo Area for the timely intervention.
According to him, the donation would significantly improve the school’s capacity to store water and help alleviate some of the challenges associated with water supply.
The brief presentation ceremony was attended by members of the Area pastorate, the Assistant Headmasters in charge of academics and Administration, the Senior Housemaster, the Accountant, and some students.
