The Walewale Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Evangelist Francis Yaw Adu, has dedicated a 4-bedroom manse for the Kpasenkpe District in the Walewale Area of the Church.
The building which was started in 2015 was completed at a cost of GH¢97, 769.72. It has a living room, dining area, garage and three porches in addition to the four bedrooms.
Commenting on a sermon earlier preached by Pastor Abraham Gyabaah on the topic, “Every House Needs the Presence of God,” Evangelist Adu intimated that Christians, being the body of Christ, are now the dwelling of God, because God does not dwell in buildings made with human hands.
The Area Head therefore entreated all professing Christians to study the scriptures, obey its decrees through holy living for the Holy God to dwell in them. He also entreated believers to develop fellowship with God through constant prayer.
The programme was well attended by ministers and wives in the Walewale Area. Also present were the Chief of Kpasenkpe and a delegation of traditional elders from Wulugu.
The district minister, Overseer Bernard Kwarteng, thanked the leadership of the Church for funding the project.
