Born Again Worship Centre in Achimota Area of The Church of Pentecost on Saturday, June 9, 2018, paid a visit to the Nsawam Female Prisons as part of activities marking the recently-held National Evangelism Ministry Week.

The delegation, led by the Evangelism Ministry Leader of the Church, Elder Kofi Mensah, visited the inmates to share the word of God with them and also donate some items to them. Among the items donated were toiletries, foodstuffs, sanitary materials, and groceries.

The delegation was warmly received on arrival by the Prison Wardens who also received the items on behalf of the inmates.

The members were given the opportunity to spend some brief moments with the inmates after which they headed back to Accra.

The 2018 Evangelism Ministry Week was held from Monday, June 4, 2018, to Sunday, June 10, 2018, under the theme “Remain In Christ And His Basic Message In Evangelism” (1John 2:24-25). Members of the Church took active part in the weeklong activities which was climaxed on Sunday.
