The Mount Olives Worship Centre in the Odorkor Area of The Church of Pentecost has dedicated a newly constructed Children’s Auditorium to the glory of God.
The dedication service, held on Sunday, August 9, 2026, was officiated by the Odorkor Area Head, Apostle Isaac Tetteh Juddah, with support from the Area pastorate and their wives.
The construction of the facility was initiated in response to the growing needs of the Children’s Ministry at the Worship Centre. The Resident Minister, Pastor Dr. Felix Dela Klutse, together with the Presbytery, envisioned a dedicated facility that would provide a safe, conducive and spiritually enriching environment for children to worship, learn and grow in their faith.
Construction of the auditorium commenced on September 24, 2024, with Fedems Group undertaking the construction and providing the architectural designs at no cost to the Church. The project received significant support from the church leadership, members and other stakeholders and was completed in August 2026.
The completed facility, valued at GH₵2,680,554.76, comprises separate washroom facilities for boys and girls, Sunday School classrooms, a conference room, a Pastor’s Office and a District Clerk’s Office.
Preaching on the topic, “God Is Building You to Transform Society Through You,” with scriptures from 1 Peter 2:4–5, 1 Corinthians 3:16–17 and 1 Corinthians 6:19–20, Apostle Isaac Tetteh Juddah likened the construction of the auditorium to God’s work in the life of a believer.
He explained that just as a building requires a solid foundation, believers must remain firmly rooted in Christ. He noted that God, as the divine Architect and Builder, uniquely designs each person for a specific purpose and urged Christians not to compare themselves with others.
Drawing from Psalm 127:1 and 1 Corinthians 3:6–7, Apostle Juddah encouraged believers to yield themselves fully to God and allow the Holy Spirit to shape them for His purposes. He noted that difficult circumstances, corrections and other painful experiences may form part of God’s shaping process and should not be interpreted as rejection.
He urged Christians to remain submitted to God’s Word and the Holy Spirit, trusting Him through every stage of their spiritual development and allowing themselves to become vessels through whom God can transform society.
