The Kwadaso Area of The Church of Pentecost has donated Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to the South Suntreso Government Hospital in Kumasi to help in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

The items were donated by the Area Head, Apostle John Budu Kobina Tawiah, on April 14, 2020, at the cost of GHS 12,200.00. They include 20 boxes of carbolic soap, 20 pieces of Veronica buckets, 20 pieces of waist bowls, 20 PPE gowns, 20 PPE disposable gowns, 6 boxes of nose masks, 3 boxes of hand gloves, 10 dozens of tissues, and 5 boxes of hand sanitizers.

Donating the items, Apostle J. B. K. Tawiah also released the church’s evangelism van to the hospital for outreach and public education on the COVID-19 disease. The church will take care of fueling the vehicle throughout the period.

Apostle Tawiah called on the general public to support the facility to provide the needed care to combat the disease.
Management of the facility were very happy at the gesture and expressed their deepest appreciation to the church.
