As part of the Women’s Ministry National Weeklong celebrations of The Church of Pentecost, members of the Ministry in the Ho Municipality have gone on a health walk.
The walk which took place on Saturday, May 11, 2019, was participated by wives of some pastors in the municipality, the immediate past Area Women’s Ministry Leader, Mrs Doris Peasa, as well as the current Women’s Leader, Mrs Fidelia Ametepe, and her executives.
The event started from the Civic Centre of the Volta Regional Capital through the principal streets of the municipality, with the women wielding placards with scripture inscriptions amidst singing. They ended the walk at the Ho stadium where they were taken through some aerobics by trainers from the 66 Artillery Regiment in Ho.
The women were told about the need to have regular physical exercise. They were grateful to the church leadership for the opportunity to partake in the physical exercise.
