The Dormaa Koraso District in the Dormaa Ahenkro Area of The Church of Pentecost has held a major Prayer Walk that attracted hundreds of participants and left a significant spiritual and social impact on the community.

The event, which took place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, and commenced at 4:30 a.m., saw Christians, non-Christians, and members of various denominations join the exercise, which covered more than 10 square kilometres of the town. Participants prayed, worshipped, and declared the Lordship of Christ over the land as they interceded for families, institutions, and the entire community.

The Prayer Walk recorded notable testimonies, including an instant healing of a woman who had been unable to walk for several years. According to eyewitnesses, the woman suddenly stood up, walked, and later joined the procession, drawing widespread amazement and praise to God.

The spiritual atmosphere also led to several conversions, as many residents reportedly gave their lives to Christ during the walk—one of the district’s most significant evangelistic outcomes in recent years.

Local chiefs and community leaders also expressed their appreciation for the initiative. Some leaders pledged to worship with the church, describing the event as a key contributor to peace, unity, and moral upliftment in the community.

The exercise concluded with a community breakfast sponsored by the District Minister, P/Overseer Godwin Agbedu Donkor, and his wife, Mrs. Judith Kafui Donkor.
