The Western Regional Coordinating Committee (RCC) Coordinator of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Sylvester Arhin, has admonished ministers and their wives to use this year’s Ministers and Wives Conference to deepen their relationship with the Lord.
This, he said, will help them to be more focused on the assignment God has bestowed on them in the year through fasting, prayer, and sharing of the word of God.
Giving his welcome address to officially open the Western Regional RCC Ministers and Wives Conference for ministers in the Western and Western North Regions at the Akroma Plaza Hotel in Takoradi on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, Apostle Arhin was convinced that the Lord will equip and unleash participants with His unmatched power to possess the nations for Christ.
‘Brothers and sisters in the Lord, we are more than convinced that the Lord has prepared His servants to feed us with Himself as we stay under His feet. We are also convinced that the Holy Spirit is here with us to break, mould, build, strengthen, and empower us for the business of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.’
He added: ‘Therefore, I encourage you to relax and be comforted in the warm presence of the Lord and receive from Him all that He has prepared for you in this conference.’
Apostle Arhin, who doubles as the Takoradi Area Head and Executive Council member of the church, was sure that the participants would be unleashed to live lives worthy of their callings after the conference.
The Western RCC is made up of 10 administrative areas, namely Takoradi, Sekondi, Tarkwa, Asankrangwa, Bogoso, Axim, Essam-Debiso, Sefwi Wiawso, Sefwi Bekwai, and Sefwi Juaboso, with 241 districts. In all, about 500 ministers and their wives, including some retired ministers are participating in the conference, which is expected to end on Friday, January 24, 2025.
Among the speakers are Apostle Emmanuel Agyemang Bekoe (International Missions Director), Apostle Sylvester Arhin (RCC Coordinator), Apostle ADP James Tetteh (Sekondi Area Head), Prophet Robert Kobena Dentu (Sefwi Wiawso Area Head), Apostle Daniel Mireku Gyamera (Axim Area Head), Apostle Shadrack Ohene-Asa Otu (Sefwi Juaboso Area Head), Apostle Emmanuel Kwasi Osei Fosu (Sefwi Bekwai Area Head), Apostle Dr David Nyansah Hayfron (Tarkwa Area Head), Apostle Daniel K. Dekpor (Asankrangwa Area Head), Apostle Daniel Frimpong Manso (Bogoso Area Head), Pastor Frank Awuah Fordjour (Essam-Debiso Area Head).
