Residents of Ashaiman witnessed a remarkable move of God during the recent “Ashaiman for Christ” Crusade organised by The Church of Pentecost, Ashaiman Area. Held at Lazio Park, Zenu, under the theme, “Jesus Came to Seek and To Save the Lost” (Matthew 9:11–13; Luke 19:10), the four-day outreach left an indelible mark on the community.

Ashaiman, known for its vibrant markets and resilient people, experienced what many described as a fresh wave of revival. From the opening night, expectations were high as both church members and non-members gathered, some out of curiosity and others carrying deep personal burdens. What unfolded went beyond a routine evangelistic programme; it became a moment of genuine spiritual encounter.

Worship sessions were marked by heartfelt expressions of devotion, while prayer moments carried a solemn intensity. The preaching focused on the redemptive mission of Christ, presenting the gospel as a message of hope, forgiveness and transformation. As the altar call was made, many responded willingly, stepping forward to surrender their lives to Christ. Backsliders renewed their commitment, and several first-time converts publicly declared their faith.

The impact of the crusade was evident not only in visible responses but also in the atmosphere of conviction and humility that prevailed. Testimonies of healing, deliverance and restoration affirmed the undeniable work of the Holy Spirit. Lives were touched, burdens were lifted, and hope was rekindled.

As the programme concluded, a renewed sense of purpose lingered among participants. Beyond the large gatherings, the true impact continues in homes and personal spaces where new believers are growing in faith. The crusade served as a timely reminder that God’s Spirit is still at work, drawing souls to Christ and transforming communities through the power of the gospel.
