Ashaiman Estate Central Assembly Dedicates Ultra-Modern Church Auditorium

The Ashaiman Estate Central Assembly in the Ashaiman Area of The Church of Pentecost has dedicated its ultra-modern church building on Friday, August 9, 2019.

The building was dedicated by the Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye with assistance from the Ashaiman Area Head, Apostle Patrick Kingsley Ennin and the Ashaiman Estate District Minister, Pastor Emmanuel Akwaboah. The Chairman was accompanied to the event by his wife, Mrs. Mary Nyamekye.

The magnificent edifice, which was constructed at a total cost of Gh₡1,772,667.02, begun exactly ten years ago, in August 9, 2009, when Apostle Noble Kwame Atsu (Rtd) assisted by Apostle Vincent Anane Denteh (then Pastor) laid the foundation stone for the construction of the magnificent edifice.

The colourful service had in attendance Apostle Vincent Anane Denteh (Sefwi Bekwai Area Head), Apostle S. K. Ansong (Retired), Prophet J. E. Ameyaw (Retired), Apostle Emmanuel C. Asante (Retired), Apostle Emmanuel Akpabli (Retired), Pastor Daniel Sackey and Elder Nii Annan Adzor (Chief of Ashaiman Traditional Area). The event was also hugely patronized by the area pastorate and members of the Ashaiman Estate District.

Delivering a sermon on the topic, “Assembly Of The Saints,” the Chairman indicated that the continual gathering of the early believers was helped the early believers to be resolute in the Christian faith.

Reading from Hebrews 10:23, he entreated the members not to neglect church services or meetings but to endeavour to be present whenever and wherever the saints meet. “We should all make conscious efforts to be found in the assembly of the saints daily,” he reiterated.

Apostle Eric Nyamekye further expounded that continual fellowshipping of the saints is very vital to the development of every believer and an essential element for the growth of new converts. “Every believer needs to rekindle their faith by constantly fellowshipping with one another and most importantly, new converts could lose their faith if they are denied of the assembly of the saints,” he stressed.

The Chairman also revealed that if the members continually fellowship in the newly-dedicated auditorium, the Spirit and power of God will be resident there, and this will draw more people to into the Church. “Individual fellowship is expedient, however, it cannot be compared or replaced with the assembly of the saints,” he added.

The multi-purpose Ashaiman Estate Central Complex has eight offices, a conference hall, a main auditorium (2,500-seating capacity), Children’s Auditorium (200-seating capacity), English Assembly Hall (300-seating capacity), a baptistery, a prayer hall and Administrative Offices for the District and Local Assembly.
