The Schools Outreach Ministry (SOM) in the Agona Swedru Area of The Church of Pentecost recently organised a ‘Reachout Camping’ resulting in 45 new converts and the establishment of a new assembly of the church.
Held from September 20-24, 2024, under the theme, ‘Reach Out and Save Theme’ (Matthew 28:18-20), the event aimed to inspire senior high school graduates to engage in evangelism.
Graduates from Breman Asikuma Senior High School and Swedru Senior High School participated in the five-day outreach, covering areas such as Kokoso, Mantse, Nyansakyere, Nkokoramu, and Asomdweyede.
The event witnessed significant spiritual impact on the local communities.
The organisers have paid special tribute to Pastor Adjei-Nimako Darkwa (Agona Swedru Area), Pastor Maxwell Gyan (Kokoso District Minister), Elder Tonnie Baffoe (Area SOM Coordinator) and his team and the students who embarked on the special exercise.
