The Techiman Area Head and Executive Council Member of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Isaac Nii Kotei Djani, has emphasised that the call of God is a divine invitation that results in the manifestation of greatness and blessings in one’s life.
In his message titled, “A People of God,” at the New Tafo Zone during the New Tafo Area 2024 Officers’ Retreat (Apostolisation) on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at the M. K. Yeboah Memorial Temple, he explained that responding to God’s call is a pathway to receiving divine favours and graces that are intricately linked to His calling, referencing Genesis 12:1-3, Exodus 6:7, Deuteronomy 29:13, and Revelations 21:3.
He shared personal testimonies to affirm that God’s promise to bless all people through Abraham remains valid.
Apostle Nii Kotei Djani, who also serves as the Coordinator for the Bono and Ahafo Regional Coordinating Committee (RCC) of the Church, emphasised God’s desire to be with humanity and bless them, transitioning the identity of His chosen people from Israelites to the church with the sacrifice of Jesus Christ (John 3:16).
He underlined the importance of being recognised as a people of God as it signifies carrying divine blessings that set believers apart, urging Christians not to underestimate themselves because they embody divine blessings.
Concluding his message, Apostle Isaac Nii Kotei Djani highlighted that a people of God are blessed, live cooperatively, live in holiness, are called to be Christlike in shepherding, fellowship, pray and study the word of God, showcase the glory of God, and spread the Gospel message.
The retreat, hosting other speakers including Apostle Dr. Amos Jimmy Markins (Evangelism Ministry Director and Executive Council Member), Prophet Samuel Tetteh Doku (Host), and Elder Dr. Michael Adjaloo (PIWC-Asokwa), is being held at three zonal centres within Area, under the theme, “A People of God Unleashed To Transform Their World.” – 1 Peter 2:9, Acts 1:8.
