Abigail Badomayire, a-seven-year-old daughter of Deacon Mark Nyame of Bayerebon District, in the Sefwi Bekwai Area of The Church of Pentecost, was miraculously saved from the hands of kidnappers.
Abigail Badomayire was reported missing on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, around 4:00pm in a neighbouring community called Nframakrom when she was on her way home from school. The community organised themselves to search for her but without any success.
An emergency prayer vigil was then organised by the Bayerebon District Prayer Team led by the District Minister, Overseer Austin Fuachie, to intercede on her behalf for God’s intervention in the situation. By divine intervention, Abigail was found at 4:00am the following day around the village by some people in the community.
According to her report, she was kidnapped by three masked men and escorted to a cocoa farm. She explained that her assailants tied her hands and face but later released her without causing harm to her.
The entire village as well as members of the Church, particularly at Bentekrom were very grateful to the Lord for answering their prayers.
