Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC), Sakumono branch in the Teshie-Nungua Area of The Church of Pentecost, has donated two motorbikes worth GH¢ 6,000.00 to the Mission’s Office of the Church.

The Resident Minister of PIWC-Sakumono, Pastor Anthony Owusu Sekyere Kwarteng, presented the motorbikes to the International Mission Director (IMD) of the Church, Apostle Emmanuel Gyesi-Addo, at the General Headquarters in Accra on Thursday, June 25, 2020.

Pastor Kwarteng stated that a brother who wants to remain anonymous was touched by a sermon delivered by the IMD during the climax of the 2020 Missions Week celebration at PIWC-Sakumono on Sunday, March 9, 2020, and decided to donate the two brand new motorbikes to the Church to enhance its mission activities.

The IMD, Apostle Gyesi-Addo, who received the items, thanked the gentleman behind the donation and invoked the blessings of the Lord upon him and his household. He also prayed for members of PIWC-Sakumono and admonished individuals who are in the position to support missions work to emulate the gesture.

Present at the ceremony were Pastor Gideon Boadu Yirenkyi (Personal Assistant to IMD) and Elder Michael Ofosu-Ampadu (Presiding Elder, PIWC-Sakumono), among others.
