The Missions Office of The Church of Pentecost General Headquarters has donated assorted medical supplies to the Pentecost Hospital at Madina, Accra.
The items made up of two boxes of assorted medical supplies were earlier donated to the Headquarters of the Church by the Women’s Ministry of Paris District of The Church of Pentecost in France, led by their District Women’s Leader, Deaconess Mary Frimpong, on November 15, 2018.
Presenting it to the Pentecost Hospital on December 6, 2018, on behalf of the International Missions Director (IMD), Apostle Emmanuel Gyesi-Addo, his Personal Assistant, Pastor Gideon Kofi Boadu-Yirenkyi, said the items are intended to boost healthcare delivery at the facility.
Pastor Boadu-Yirenkyi was hopeful that they would be put to good use in order to benefit the patients of the facility.
Receiving the supplies, the Nursing Administrator of the hospital, Deputy Director of Nursing Services (DDNS) Mrs. Grace Ackah, thanked the Church and the Paris District Women’s Ministry for the gesture.
Joining the IMD’s Personal Assistant to present the items were Mrs. Victoria Kumi-Woode (Principal Executive Assistant to the IMD) and Samuel Wilson, a driver.
Others were: Dr. Charlotte Owusuaa Ampong (Internal Medicine Specialist who represented the Medical Director of the hospital), Pastor Enoch Odame (Chaplain), Mr. George Afful (Head of Pharmacy), Mr. Owusu Dankwa (Head of Laboratory), and Mr. George Anim (Head of Finance).
