Akosombo District Commences Super Mega Marriage Seminar

The Akosombo District Women’s Ministry of The Church of Pentecost in the Agormanya Area, on Monday, April 9, 2018, started a Super Mega Marriage Seminar for both married couples and singles in the district.

The seminar, which seeks to improve marriages of the members and groom those yet to enter into it, started with an extensive prayer session.

In an opening address, the District Minister, Pastor Wilson Yaw Ntiamoah, said that marriage is an institution established by God for a man and a woman to come together in a holy matrimony.

Reading from Hebrews 13:4; Ephesians 5:22-32; Matthew 19:10, he noted that marriage is a lifetime union which is aimed at showcasing the love of God to mankind.

“In the beginning, God established marriage with a man and a woman, and as a Church, we must draw thorough knowledge from God’s act.

“The word of God admonishes us to humble ourselves before each other in a lovely manner. Don’t wait for your spouse to do his or her part before you act. Do your part; humble yourselves, love each other and the grace of God will abound in your marriage,” he said.

The seminar attracted members from the various local assemblies in the district and non-members.

Present were Mrs Constance Ntiamoah (wife of the District Minister), the District Women’s Leader and her executives, among others.
