The Kpadjai District in the Tamale Area of The Church of Pentecost has received a donation of 4 mountain bicycles and clothing to the tune of GHS 2000.00.
The donation was made by Pentecost International Worship Centre, West Hills (PIWC-West Hills) in the Kasoa Area of the Church. It was presented on behalf of the Church by the Kasoa Area Internal Missions Leader, Elder Emmanuel Osei Donkor.
Handing over the bicycles and clothing to the District, Elder Emmanuel Osei Donkor , said the items were being donated to support the evangelism efforts of the District.
The Kpadjai District, located along the Volta Lake, was carved out from the Lonto District in August 2018. To the glory of God, the Kpadjai District has created two more local assemblies within its short period of existence.
Receiving the items on behalf of the District, the Kpadjai District Minister, Overseer Isaac Asante Ayeh, thanked PIWC-West Hills for the kind support.
He revealed that, out of the 8 Local assemblies in the District, five of them can only be accessed by boats and canoes. He further noted that access to these assemblies is also hampered by the lack of canoes. As a result of this, the District relies on (borrows) the canoes of members for their evangelistic outreaches.
He, therefore, called on all well-meaning church members to come to the aid of the district in their quest to expand the Kingdom business.
