Four traditional leaders of Bredu Community, near Asamankese in the Eastern Region have taken a bold and positive step in securing their soul in eternity by accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

It was all joy in the community when the chief of the town, Nana Kwadwo Bredu; the Queen mother of Bredu, Ohemaa Akua Adobea; the Queen mother of Aboabo, near Bredu, Nana Nketia Abrokwaa, and Mr. Yaw Adu, an opinion leader of Bredu, gave their lives to Jesus Christ during the dedication service of the Bredu Assembly Community Based Church building on February 28, 2018, officiated by the Asamankese Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Moses Ayitey.

Pastor Enoch Ohene Karikari, the District Minister of Mepom District, delivered the sermon on the topic: “The Grace of God.” After the message the Area Head made an altar call during which the chief surrendered his life to Christ followed by the others, declaring that his community shall be turned from idol worship to Christ.

The Area Head led them to accept Jesus Christ after which Pastor Kusi Donkor, the Area Secretary, prayed for them.

Supporting the Area Head to perform the function were the pastors and wives in the Area.
