The Other Sheep Ministry (TOSM) of The Church of Pentecost held a training seminar and a three-day Gospel outreach in the Essam Debiso Area, resulting in 125 souls being won for Christ and 31 converts being baptised through water immersion.

The outreach began on Monday, May 24, 2026, when the National Coordinator of the ministry, Evangelist Abraham Addae Agyeman, accompanied by some national executive members and a team of young men and women from Accra, arrived in the Area for a four-day engagement. The visit was aimed at equipping church leaders and members for ministry among people of other faiths and conducting an evangelistic campaign in the Akaatiso District.

Welcoming the delegation, the Essam Debiso Area Head, Apostle Frank Awuah Fordjour, thanked God for the establishment of the ministry, describing it as a timely initiative that has strengthened the church’s evangelistic efforts and reinforced the drive to achieve the Vision 2028 agenda.

Addressing participants during the training session, Evangelist Abraham Addae Agyeman expressed appreciation to the Area for hosting the team and shared the vision and mandate of the ministry. He highlighted the urgency of reaching people of other faiths with the Gospel, drawing inspiration from Jesus’ words in John 10:16: “I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also.”

The seminar attracted ministers and their spouses, district executives of the ministry, presiding elders, and other church leaders, with a total attendance of about 150 participants.

The outreach phase was held in Akaatiso, a border community with a culturally diverse population comprising both Ghanaians and Ivorians and adherents of different faiths. Over three days, the team undertook house-to-house evangelism, market evangelism, and Gospel rallies under the leadership of Evangelist Abraham Addae Agyeman, Apostle Frank Awuah Fordjour, Pastor Enoch Bosompem, and other ministers in the Area.

By the close of the outreach, 125 people had surrendered their lives to Christ, including 45 converts from other faith backgrounds. Thirty-one of the converts also underwent water baptism.

The Essam Debiso Area expressed gratitude to the Chairman and Executive Council of the Church for establishing and supporting the ministry, and commended the national leadership, local coordinating team, pastorate, and volunteers whose efforts contributed to the success of the outreach.
