The Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, has strongly admonished Christians not to relent on prayer.

Speaking on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, during morning devotion of the Head Office Management and Staff, the Chairman drew the attention of believers to the fact that the world is full of evil, and so they must never joke with their prayer life.

Apostle Nyamekye drew a vivid picture of how evil the world is by referencing Psalm 109, stressing that the devil usually attacks at a time when everything appears peaceful.

‘Prayerlessness can be a dangerous game which the Christian must not engage in,’ he cautioned.

The Chairman went on to explain that prayer neutralises the threats of the devil and his agents, and that Christians should put in effort to let their light shine at evil places to dispel darkness and the works of evil people.
