The Tatale District in the Yendi Area of The Church of Pentecost has constructed a washroom facility for the Ghana Police Service at Tatale in the Northern Region of Ghana.
The facility is located at the Police Barrier between Kpalgagbini and Nakpale communities.
Speaking at a ceremony to hand over the facility to the Police Administration on February 13, 2020, the Tatale District Minister, Pastor McCarthy Amevade Coffie, entreated Christians to ensure that their actions glorify God because whatever they do matters to God. He spoke on the topic, “Working for the glory of God.”
Present at the programme were officers and men of the Tatale-Sanguli District Police Command, Assemblymen of the area, the Zoomlion Coordinator for the district, the District Environmental Health Officer, representatives of the Chief Imam of the community and the Paramount chief.
The Police Administration expressed their gratitude to the church and the former Area Head, Apostle William Kojo Edorhoho, the current Area Head, Pastor Emmanuel Kojo Aidoo, and Pastor McCarthy Amevade Coffie, for the intervention.
