EXPOSITION
From the scripture reading, it is clear that Jesus Himself did not baptize others, but His disciples did. However, it was under His supervision.
Supervising His disciples to baptize others means it was of much importance to him. Also, if He didn’t stop His disciples from baptizing, then we can conclude that baptism is a good ordinance that should be practised.
If Jesus supervised this baptism when He was on earth I believe He will do same from heaven.
LESSON LEARNT: A person can only supervise what they truly value, and would stake their lives for.
