EXPOSITION
When God created all things He saw that all He had done was good. He rested from all His works on the seventh day. To rest means to stay away from work, relax, and enjoy God’s wonderful works.
God rested so that we might understand the importance of rest in our own lives.
You must also rest to recover your strength to continue with your daily activities.
LESSON LEARNT: It is important to rest because it is necessary.
