EXPOSITION
Rules and regulations are set to bring orderliness. Likewise, the church has measures in place to ensure everything is in order.
One of such measures is CHURCH DISCIPLINE. Paul admonished the church to punish people who are caught in sin. They are disciplined so that they will not keep on sinning and also to discourage others from following their bad example.
Another measure is MAKING THE PASTOR YOUR PERSONAL FRIEND. When you see the Pastor as your friend, you will love and respect him as your leader. God wants you to respect authority.
LESSON LEARNT: Be disciplined and make your Pastor your personal friend. Amen.
